PABU, Baltimore

In collaboration with Michael Mina, Ken Tominaga, famed for his sushi craft at Hana in Sonoma County, brings forth a modern take on traditional Izakaya-style fine dining to Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

PABU Japanese restaurant in Harbor East combines rustic, old-world Japanese charm with modern, urban sophistication featuring sweeping views of Baltimore's harbor. The restaurant menu features small plates, grilled items from the exposed robata grill, as well as Sushi and Sashimi.
