Renowned chef Michael Mina has compiled a symphony of snacks and shareables, salads and sides, and main courses inspired by his many travels across the world, to create a menu unique to the Miami food scene. MICHAEL MINA 74 sources freshly-caught seafood from the Fontainebleau's private boat, The Bleaufish. Incorporated throughout the menu, it is most beautifully on display in the restaurant’s tableside Shellfish Cart, showcasing a pristine assortment of regional delicacies, like Local Spiny Lobster, Stone Crab, Clams and Oysters over a bed of shaved ice. A late night menu will featuring crave-worthy items with Michael’s signature touch like the Truffle Omelet Soufflé with Truffle Donuts, parmesan and crème fraîche and the Heritage Pork “Caja China” drawing from Cuban inspired flavors. The beverage program at MICHAEL MINA 74 will be both sensually evocative and intoxicating, featuring an array of expertly hand-crafted cocktails. Barrel-aged cocktails will offer unique depths of flavor while our “fizzy lifting drinks” will present a selection of carbonated bottled cocktails, inspired by classics like the Gimlet, Cosmo, Southside and Last Word. In addition, punches on tap, like the Pimm’s 74 and Rule #237 will be fuel for revelers intending to paint the town red.
