A unique evolution of Michael Mina’s acclaimed steakhouse brand, BOURBON STEAK & PUB is where modern American steakhouse meets reinvented classic pubfare.
At BOURBON STEAK, the menu will feature creative interpretations of traditional steakhouse items utilizing the highest quality ingredients including dry-aged Brandt Farms steaks, the freshest local seafood and innovative vegetable sides from well-known South Bay farms. In Mina’s signature style, all meats are poached prior to grilling – red meats in butter, lamb in olive oil and pork in bacon fat – to deliver mouthwatering tenderness.
The more casual counterpart, BOURBON PUB, offers a laidback, relaxed vibe prime for fun. Open for lunch and dinner, BOURBON PUB will offer innovative twists on classic pub items such as the Wagyu Dog and Peanut Butter Crunch Burger, alongside a lively cocktail program all in the comfort of a casual pub setting, great for grabbing a quick bite to eat or gathering to watch a sporting event on one of the PUB’s 70 HDTVs.
