Patric Yumul: Setting the Gold Standard of Dining

As President of Mina Group, Patric Yumul sets the fine dining standard by relying on his depth and breadth of knowledge and overall understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry. Patric began working with Mina in 1999 after a successful career as a corporate trainer and then general manager within the Bertolini restaurant organization.

Patric and Michael have collaborated to create a culture specific to each Mina restaurant concept, and Patric has been a key contributor to the growth of Mina Group, taking the company from four restaurants to 19 — with many more exciting ventures to come. Here’s Patric talking about creating the unique Mina experience.

Favorite Strip restaurant

I love all of my restaurants, but I constantly crave SEABLUE. I wish we had one in San Francisco. Another of my favorites is L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and I love visiting Mark (LoRusso) over at Botero.

There is nothing classier than the Petrossian Bar at Bellagio. I usually end up here most nights I am in town.

I try to go to Raku every time I'm in town!

Patric (the president of my company) always makes me go to Barney’s and Neiman Marcus, but I really am a big fan of Hugo Boss.

I really love Red Rock Canyon. The views are amazing and it is so peaceful.
