Ever since I opened Aqua in San Francisco 20 years ago, my goal has been to create a memorable dining experience for every one of my guests. Today, 19 restaurants later, I know what I cherish most is not just cooking for my guests, but the relationships I have forged over the years. With this site, I want to build a relationship with you, fueled by our shared passion for food, wine and design.
